This project consists of proposals for the redevelopment of land adjacent to the 18th century Esgors House, and a series of proposals to develop and extend an existing 19th century Coach House within the grounds of the main house. The proposals have been informed by research into the historic development of the site and the picturesque notion of the "model farm", alluding to a romantic 19th century idea of the rural environment, and an image of what a collection of farm buildings might be like. The proposed project consists of several elements: the conversion and extension of the Coach House; the creation of new garden spaces for the Coach House and Esgors House; and the proposal for new small buildings providing additional accommodation for the main house and the Coach House.
